Brain exercises don’t have to be overly complicated. Keep it simple and fun. Allow yourself time to sit in silence for 10 minutes a day. No phone, music or friends around. Just you and your beautiful brain. Let your mind wander and see where it takes you.
Here are a few ideas that you can add to your brain exercise routine:
- Have a deep or fun conversation with a friend
- Play a board game
- Read a book
- Build something
- Paint a picture
- Decorate your home
